1. Overview
By visiting www.BoryanaGeorgieva.com or engaging in any service offered through this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
This website and all services are owned and operated by Bending Reality Ltd., represented by Boryana Georgieva, CEO. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of the site and its associated services.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not access or use this website or engage with any services offered herein.
2. Disclaimer
The work delivered through Bending Reality Ltd. operates at the level of genuine transformation — personal, professional, energetic, and beyond. Clients consistently experience growth across all areas of life: clarity, identity, business, wealth, relationships, health, and consciousness. This is the nature of the work.
What we cannot determine in advance is the specific level, pace, or form that growth will take for any individual. Results depend entirely on each client’s own readiness, commitment, openness, and engagement throughout the timeline they have chosen. Every path is unique.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes. We do guarantee full presence, precision, and the highest standard of support for every client, for the duration of every engagement.
You are solely responsible for the decisions you make, the actions you take, and the results you create.
3. Nature of Services
Bending Reality Ltd. provides private mentorship and strategic advisory services at the highest level of personal, professional, and energetic development. These services do not constitute medical treatment or clinical intervention of any kind.
4. Purchases & Payment
All payments are made upfront, in full or according to a payment plan agreed in writing prior to commencement. All sales are final. By completing a payment or signing a service agreement, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to all obligations herein.
Payments are processed via Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer as agreed. We reserve the right to decline any engagement at her sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
4.1 Payment Plans
Where a payment plan has been agreed, all instalments are due according to the schedule confirmed in writing. The payment plan is agreed at the outset and covers the full timeline of the engagement. Discontinuation of active participation does not cancel outstanding payment obligations.
In the event of missed or late payments, We reserve the right to pause service delivery until the account is current.
4.2 Pricing
All prices are set and non-negotiable. Published prices are subject to change for new engagements at any time, without affecting previously confirmed arrangements.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy
As these services are provided to consumers within the European Union, you ordinarily have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of conclusion, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in Bulgarian consumer protection law.
However, by purchasing any service or confirming any service agreement, you expressly request that service delivery begins immediately upon receipt of payment. You acknowledge and agree that, by making this request, you waive your right of withdrawal once service delivery has commenced. This waiver is confirmed at the point of purchase via your signed agreement or completed booking.
5.1 No Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued once service delivery has commenced. This applies to all service tiers including entry offers, transition offers, and long-term mentorship containers.
Where a session is cancelled or rescheduled by us, the session will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
5.2 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider, for payments already made against services delivered or in delivery, is not an accepted vehicle for dispute resolution. Any such chargeback will be contested with full documentation of service delivery, and all associated costs and fees will be the responsibility of the client.
6. Sessions & Rescheduling
Appointments are managed through AcuityScheduling. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Cancellations made within the 48-hour window will not be rescheduled and the session will be considered forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and all material shared in the context of any engagement — including but not limited to frameworks, methodologies, somatic approaches, proprietary processes, session content, written materials, audio, video, graphics, and any other work product created or shared by Boryana Georgieva on behalf of Bending Reality Ltd. — is her exclusive intellectual property and is protected under Bulgarian and international intellectual property law.
By engaging with any service, you agree that:
- You will not reproduce, distribute, republish, teach, commercialise, or otherwise exploit any proprietary material, method, or framework, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from Bending Reality Ltd.
- You will not present, adapt, or repackage any of Boryana Georgieva’s proprietary approaches as your own work, or incorporate them into your own commercial offerings
- Session content, including any recordings where permitted, is for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or published in any form without prior written consent
- This obligation continues indefinitely after the conclusion of your engagement
Any unauthorised use of intellectual property of Bending Reality Ltd. may result in immediate termination of the engagement and legal action, including claims for injunctive relief and damages before the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, without the requirement for prior notice or mediation.
8. Non-Disparagement & Reputation
You agree that, during and after your engagement with Boryana Georgieva, you will not make, publish, or communicate any false, misleading, defamatory, or reputationally damaging statements about Boryana Georgieva, her brand Bending Reality, her methods, her business, her other clients, or the results of her work.
This obligation applies across all channels and formats, including but not limited to:
- Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, or any other)
- Public reviews, testimonials, or forum posts
- Private written correspondence shared with third parties
- Verbal communication to prospective clients, business partners, or media
This clause does not restrict your right to share an honest personal account of your experience in good faith. It is intended solely to protect against statements that are factually false, materially misleading, or made with intent to cause reputational damage.
In the event of a breach of this clause, Bending Reality Ltd. reserves the right to seek immediate injunctive relief and damages before the competent courts, without the requirement for prior notice, mediation, or good-faith resolution process.
9. Security & Account Responsibility
Where account registration is required, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. We accept no liability for loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bending Reality Ltd. and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, anticipated profits, business interruption, or any other intangible loss arising from use of or inability to use the services, errors or omissions in content, or any outcomes resulting from engagement with the services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Bulgarian or EU law. We are committed to showing up fully for every client, offering honest guidance and our best counsel in service of their goals. At the same time, all decisions to proceed, act, or change rest entirely with the client.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or any services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
Prior to initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith within 30 days of written notice of a dispute. This requirement does not apply to claims relating to intellectual property infringement or breach of the non-disparagement clause (Sections 6 and 7), where we may seek immediate injunctive relief without prior notice or waiting period.
12. Miscellaneous
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this website and take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the website or services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bending Reality Ltd. with respect to the subject matter herein.
