Fifteen years at CFO and board level across sixteen companies, building governance from nothing, carrying the weight of a P&L where the numbers are never just numbers. I know what it costs to build something real, because I built inside it. When you sit across from me, you are not explaining your world to someone learning it. I have already been in the room, building it.
Then fourteen years in the deepest inner work available – advanced work in somatic psychotherapy, psychodrama, systemic family constellations, energetic perception and direct transmission, including work with thousands of individuals. Most people who work at the level of presence have never sat at a board table. Most people who have sat at a board table have never gone this deep inward. I have done both. That combination is not common. It may not exist anywhere else.
What You Have Already Outgrown
You are not looking for more strategy. You have that. You are not looking for another framework, you have collected enough of those to know none of them fully delivered. You are not broken, and you are not in crisis. You are precise about what is missing, which is exactly why the usual containers no longer hold you.
Most rooms you enter, you are the one holding the energy standard, even the high-level ones. You arrived hoping to be met. You end up meeting everyone else. You have not yet found the peer who can see you completely and hold that without needing anything back from you.
That is not a problem to manage. It is a signal, pointing directly at the work that is actually left.
